How many tables on main floor?

15-16 WITHOUT taking up dance floor. Upstairs holds 15 tables

Can the event run past Midnight?

No.

Friday and Sunday Weddings

Weddings DJ & Bar have to be shutdown by 11, cleaning crew gets there at 11:30

Can we bring in our own catering companies?
NO, We have selected several catering companies that range in price, they all come staffed for your event

Is there a minimum on guest count and food count per person?
NO

What is the deposit?
50 % down, 30 days out remaining balance

Do linens come with rental cost?

No, our catering companies offer linens in their packages.


Can we get in the night before to decorate?
No, we currently book Friday and Sunday weddings, you may rent 2 days at our bundle price.

Can we have dinner at the rehearsal?
Yes, if you “rent” Thursday, otherwise we typically have back to back rehearsals on Thursday- each being an hour long.


Can we have our dog at the ceremony?

Yes, the dog must be cleaned up after, even outside, or the cost will come out of the cleaning deposit for each incident that isn’t cleaned up.

Can we have real candles?
Our contract states no open flames, if they are required for center pieces we advise keeping them on the main floor.


Does decor come with the cost of rental?

We do plan on having pieces to borrow, but do not count on center pieces coming from us. We have whiskey barrels and some decor for the arbors available.

Can we get engagement photos on the property?

Yes, that is included in your rental cost

Does the head table have to be down the center?

For the most seating to be possible the dining hall was designed for the head table to be down the middle with seating on both sides. There is also an option of just having a sweetheart table.

Are we in charge of setting up tables and breaking them down?

NO, Our catering companies will take care of all the trash till the end of the evening and will take linens, you are responsible for personal items and décor. At this time we do take “donations” for future brides if you want to leave items, and this would need to be discussed before the event takes place.

Use of our fireplace:

We provide the wood and have a designated person to keep it going

Are we up there during the event?

Yes and No, We check in with you in the morning, and also when the catering company gets there, we check in with them. If you have your ceremony outside, we are there to set it up that morning.

Does the price include a same day wedding coordinator?
It is not included in the rental but we do have a couple packages that you may add to your rental that would include a day of coordinator and even a 5 hr DJ. We highly suggest going this route, we have hand selected these businesses after working with them for over a year, they know our building and are familiar with our sound system.
